Jiffy Lube is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to guide customers through their visit and perform basic maintenance tasks. No automotive experience is required as training is provided.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help customers understand services while building trust. Strong communication and a positive attitude are valued as you explain options, complete the service, and contribute to a high-energy experience that encourages repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, review their service needs, and escort them safely from their vehicles.
• Clearly explain available services, promotions, and recommendations.
• Provide unbiased, trustworthy recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate service updates throughout the visit.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid top-offs, wipers, basic component replacements).
• Review completed services with customers, ensure satisfaction, and encourage return visits.
• Assist the team and perform other duties as assigned.
