Joseph Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Cincinnati, Ohio team. You will be a key member of the service department, delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring efficient service operations.

In this role, you will manage service orders, schedule work, answer inquiries, and protect CSI scores. A strong focus on teamwork and professional presence helps maintain our family-owned culture and commitment to employee success.

Responsibilities

• Manage service orders and oversee the daily flow of the service drive, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional and courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience, going above and beyond to create positive, lasting impressions.
• Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Maximize technician productivity by effectively managing and scheduling service work.
• Answer customer questions regarding vehicle concerns, maintenance, repairs, warranties, and service recommendations.
• Maintain CSI scores that meet or exceed company standards.
• Oversee warranty claim administration and assist with training and supervision of service department personnel.
• Reinforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies.
• Foster a positive work environment by maintaining strong employee relationships and encouraging teamwork.
