Joseph Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Cincinnati, Ohio team. You will be a key member of the service department, delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring efficient service operations.

• Maximize technician productivity by effectively managing and scheduling service work.
• Answer customer questions regarding vehicle concerns, maintenance, repairs, warranties, and service recommendations.
• Maintain CSI scores that meet or exceed company standards.
• Oversee warranty claim administration and assist with training and supervision of service department personnel.
• Reinforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies.

Service Advisor Responsibilities
