Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or automotive customer service role.
• Dealership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs per guidelines and inspections.
• Prepare estimates and explain repairs in a clear, professional manner.
• Schedule service appointments and manage repair timelines.
• Communicate repair updates and vehicle status throughout the process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
• Review completed repairs with customers and answer questions.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records in dealership software.
