Zanesville Auto Group in Ohio is hiring a Service Advisor to manage service orders and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will own the customer journey, coordinate with technicians, and resolve inquiries to uphold dealership standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational and team-playing skills, plus a basic understanding of auto repair. This role offers a performance-based pay plan and growth opportunities within the service department.

Formación

• Organized, friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage others and work in a team.
• Experience in auto repair or maintenance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and uphold dealership standards.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts/tools.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and training of service staff.
• Present MPI on every customer and vehicle.
• Reinforce company policies and compliance with regulations.
• Foster good relations with factories and staff.
