Job summary

Atlantic Auto Group is seeking a friendly Service Receptionist to support our Service Department on Long Island. You will assist Service Advisors, schedule appointments, and manage rental agreements while keeping customers informed and engaged throughout the service experience.

We welcome candidates with strong communication skills, organization, and a positive attitude. Automotive exposure is a plus, with training provided to grow within our busy service environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Advisors with day-to-day customer and admin tasks to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Provide status updates on vehicles and relay information between customers and the Service team.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and rental vehicle agreements.
• Handle reception duties and assist with cashier duties as needed.
• Answer service calls and schedule appointments, collecting accurate customer and vehicle data.
• Greet customers, gather messages, and connect them with the right team member.
• Assist with follow-up, service records, and filing to keep the department organized.
