We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Receptionist / Advisor Support team member to help keep our Service Department running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Service Advisors to support customers throughout their service experience — from scheduling their appointment to keeping them updated on their vehicle and helping with the final delivery. You’ll also assist with rental vehicle contracts, appointment scheduling, reception duties, and occasional cashier coverage.
If you’re a strong communicator, enjoy helping people, and like being part of a busy team where no two days are exactly the same, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills and gain experience in the automotive industry.
This is a full-time position requiring weekday availability and the ability to work Saturdays.
This is more than a traditional receptionist position. You'll have the opportunity to learn how an automotive Service Department operates, work directly with experienced Service Advisors, build valuable customer service and communication skills, and play an important role in creating a great experience for our customers.
FULL TIME - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS
