Atlantic Auto Group is seeking an exceptional Receptionist / Cashier for its Service department on Long Island. You will handle payments, answer inquiries, book appointments, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a friendly, articulate individual who can multitask, manage deposits, and act as the face of the company. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply and all applicants must pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or cashier experience is preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; maintain composure under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers, acting as the face and voice of the company.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and ensure follow-up with customers; verify details.
• Process payments for products and services; close out repair orders and document transactions.
• Maintain and file repair orders for easy reference; take accurate messages.
• Oversee daily deposits and maintain balanced cash handling.
• Greet customers professionally and direct them as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm service details and gather feedback.
• Perform additional duties such as filing, maintaining service records, and assisting team.
