Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and be the face and voice of the company.
• Answer calls, assist with scheduling, and verify appointment details.
• Process payments and close out repair orders with proper documentation.
• Maintain repair orders and take accurate messages for follow-up.
• Oversee deposits and ensure secure cash handling.
• Greet customers and direct them appropriately, with a professional attitude.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm service details and gather feedback.
• Assist with filing, service records, and back-up duties to ensure seamless service delivery.
