Rosen Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated service scheduling professional to join our Illinois team. You will manage service appointment requests, coordinate with advisors and parts, and respond to inquiries via phone, chat, email.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential, along with basic Windows Office skills and the ability to learn vendor portals quickly.

Mansioni

Receive and schedule incoming calls for service appointments.
Maintain the service appointment calendar coordinating with Service Advisors and Parts/Rental.
Answer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
Follow up on declined services and schedule follow-ups.
Proactively contact existing customers for required service/recall appointments.
Follow up on ordered or back-ordered parts and scheduling for receiving.
