You will balance service efficiency with quality, guide daily scheduling, and uphold warranty processes while maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and complete assignments that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims and training/supervision of service staff.
• Set schedules and assign tasks to service department employees.
• Reinforce company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Maintain good relationships with factory and foster positive employee relations.
• Collaborate with upper management on service department hiring and discipline.
