Casey Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The role involves scheduling and managing service appointments, contacting customers about recalls and status, and handling administrative duties to ensure a smooth service experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays. Prior dealership or administrative experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Previous administrative experience strongly preferred.
• Previous dealership experience a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
• Must be organized and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage service appointments for customers.
• Contact customers regarding recalls, vehicle status, and service satisfaction.
• Perform various administrative duties to support the service department.
