Job summary

The Rosen Automotive Group seeks a dedicated service professional to oversee the Drive Lane and service flow, ensuring prompt, courteous support for customers at our Illinois locations.

You will manage technician time, diagnose issues, and drive high customer satisfaction while coordinating with management on hiring and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and complete tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, via phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims and supervise service dept. employees.
• Set schedules and assign tasks to service department staff.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain good relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.
• Collaborate with upper management on hiring and discipline decisions.
