Job summary

Payne Auto Group's Weslaco Ford location is seeking a Service Advisor who will greet customers, assess service needs, and ensure a smooth experience from check-in to vehicle release. You will provide estimates and advise on required services based on inspections and manufacturer recommendations.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services, resolve customer issues professionally, and maintain accurate service records while staying current with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in an automotive service environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services helpful.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software.

Responsibilities
