Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report vehicle symptoms as described by customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate labor and parts estimate
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor progress and update customers frequently
• Verify final invoice reconciles with the work performed
• Explain all completed work and charges
