Job summary

Leif Johnson Ford is seeking an experienced Main Line Service Advisor for our Ford Service Department in Austin, TX. You will greet customers, document concerns, walk vehicles through service, and explain repairs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior service adviser experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership setting. Training and advancement opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
