Job summary

Lucid Motors in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Service Assistant to ensure day-to-day service operations run smoothly. You will handle vehicle drives, customer interactions, and assist with shop tasks as part of a dynamic service team.

Responsibilities include arranging rides, carrier prep, minor repairs support, and general duties to support the service department. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring weekend hours and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience to Lucid clients (internal and external)
• Assist with vehicle drives, drops, pickups, and loaners; assist with Bodyshop and test charging runs
• Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection carrier prep and hand-over
• Assist technicians with basic repairs in the shop
• Support service department with vehicle movement, parts delivery, vehicle washing, and other duties
