Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Assistant to support day‑to‑day service operations. You will ensure a smooth workflow, handle varying workloads, and contribute to an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include vehicle hand‑offs, rides coordination, basic shop assistance, and participation in safety trainings. This role offers on‑site work and weekend coverage with opportunities to grow within the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic automotive knowledge is required.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification post hire.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Full-time schedule, including weekends or extended hours.
• Willingness to complete CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year; under 21 requires 3 years licensure and Lucid Training.

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class customer experience to Lucid clients, internal and external.
• Vehicle drives include drop-off/pick-up of customer vehicles and loaners.
• Run errands such as Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves.
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection carrier prep and vehicle hand‑over.
• Help technicians with basic repairs in the shop.
• Move, stage vehicles, deliver parts and support service operations.
