Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Milford, CT seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to be the communication hub between customers and technicians. You will schedule service, explain needed repairs, and set realistic timelines while delivering world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, dealer-level or large facility experience, a valid driver’s license, and a professional appearance with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of problems.
• Follows up on repair status, informs customers if not ready on time, and obtains authorization for revised estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs while setting expectations.
• Ensures all repairs pass quality control and/or road test.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs; meets service level targets.
