Victory Automotive Group in Milford, CT is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the central liaison between customers and technicians. You will explain needed repairs, schedule service, and manage expectations for timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, dealership experience, a valid license, and strong customer service and computer skills to support smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable with excellent customer service.
• Basic computer and internet skills and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to diagnose problems.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers if not ready on time; obtains authorization for revised estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs with clear expectations.
• Ensures all repairs pass quality control and/or a road test.
• Keeps knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins up to date.
