Lumberton Honda is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule service work and upsell additional services, acting as the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure timely vehicle diagnosis, servicing, and repairs.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, managing service orders, and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customer in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.
• Manage service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and attentive service.
• Check on progress of repair throughout the day. Notify customers of changes in the estimate or promise time and obtain authorization for further repairs.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person.
• Distribute work between technicians according to store policy.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Maintain good working relationships to foster positive employee relations.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
