Job summary

Cardinale Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to oversee the service drive, manage service orders, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will coordinate technician workload, answer technical questions, and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing tasks that leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure proper handling.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and training of service department.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good relationships with factory partners and positive staff relations.
