Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with service bay work.
• Basic math and cash-handling; proficient with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations, stepping in during the manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to maintain quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to cover peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on service procedures and POS systems.
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment reflecting brand values.
• Greet customers, explain services, and drive repeat business through excellent service.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory control.
• Ensure shop and customer areas are clean, safe, and presentable; enforce safety protocols.
