Job summary

Vaden Automotive is seeking an Automotive Customer Care Center Representative to support our Service Customer Care team in Savannah, GA. The role focuses on connecting with customers, scheduling service appointments, and enhancing the overall service experience.

Ideal candidates have prior automotive service advisor or BDC experience, strong phone and follow-up skills, and comfort with performance-based compensation. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or dealership customer care is preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills for scheduling and reminders.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and coordinating appointments.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts for service needs.
• Schedule maintenance, recall, and other service appointments.
• Proactively contact customers about maintenance and upcoming needs.
• Follow up on missed or canceled appointments to reschedule.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and managers to confirm appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.
