Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive fixed operations leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with dealership systems like CDK and Xtime preferred.
• 3+ years in dealership and auto service management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Service Department.
• Drive profitability, efficiency, and departmental performance.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Monitor KPIs including gross profit, effective labor rate, hours per RO, and CSI.
• Ensure consistent execution of processes to maximize workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with dealership leadership to align fixed operations with overall store goals.
• Analyze financial statements and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
