Victory Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Service Business Development Representative to support our service centers in Oceanside. You will handle incoming service inquiries, greet visitors, and coordinate appointments via phone, website, and chat.

The role requires strong administrative and communication skills, with experience in the automotive service industry being a plus. Excellent phone and computer skills are essential, and Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a similar administrative/customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive service industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handles all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries and schedules appointments.
• Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
• Helps follow up with phone and internet service leads.
• Makes outbound calls to customers regarding upcoming appointments and services.
• Assists customers in determining appropriate scheduling options for their vehicle.
• Assists with questions regarding service pricing, duration, warranty coverage, and packages.
• Maintains paperwork and records and prepares documents when needed.
• Tracks loaner vehicles and confirms special order parts.
• Provides administrative support as needed.
