Job summary

Hiley Automotive Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service/BDC representative to respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries and to help schedule service appointments.

You will work with a collaborative team, use Word, Excel and Outlook daily, and contribute to process improvements as part of our service department. Automotive knowledge is a plus; previous customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and schedule follow-ups for service appointments.
• Respond to inquiries via internet, phone and live chat using scripts.
• Provide initial product information and direct to resources.
• Follow up on missed appointments.
• Participate in team and process development with dealership management.
• Use BDC tracking system daily.
