Hiley Automotive Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department, mentoring advisers and technicians, and driving efficient, high‑quality car service experiences for customers.

You will set objectives, monitor performance, ensure compliance with regulations, manage workflow, and partner with dealership leadership to grow revenue while maintaining top‑tier customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive aptitude and knowledge of service operations.
• Proven experience leading service departments in a dealership.
• Ability to train, coach and evaluate technicians and advisers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, supervise and monitor the service department personnel including technicians and advisers
• Establishes service objectives by facilitating and developing annual sales and revenue
• Encourage technicians to keep skills current through training on new systems and components
• Maintain a professional work environment and motivate employees
• Drive efficient sales and production to get customers in and out quickly with high first-time fix rates
• Ensure compliance with 3 C’s of warranties, complaints, causes and corrections
