Preston Auto Group is seeking a friendly, energetic Automotive Sales BDC Representative to join our Sales BDC Team. In this role, you will respond to calls, texts, emails, and internet leads, keeping detailed notes and proactively following up to schedule showroom appointments and test drives.

You’ll work closely with our Sales Team to understand customer vehicle needs, maintain accurate CRM records, and strive to exceed appointment goals while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and document interactions clearly.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, emails, and internet leads.
• Respond promptly and follow up with prospects.
• Schedule showroom appointments and test drives.
• Log customer interactions in CRM/BDC system.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to convey customer needs.
