Haddad Auto Group - Parent is seeking a Service Coordinator to schedule vehicle maintenance and service appointments via phone, text, and email. You will maintain an organized Service Department and ensure customers receive a helpful, professional experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Basic to strong computer proficiency required.
• Ability to enter information accurately while communicating with customers.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and help customers schedule service appointments.
• Contact customers by phone and text about recommended maintenance, recalls, and upcoming service needs.
• Assist customers with finding appointment times that work for their schedules.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in scheduling system.
• Manage multiple programs and computer screens while speaking with customers.
• Follow up with customers when needed.
• Work with the Service Department and other coordinators to reach monthly appointment goals.
