Hubert Vester Auto Group in Wilson, NC is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to professionally handle inbound calls and schedule service visits at one of our dealerships. You will assist customers, answer questions, and ensure world-class service and satisfaction through accurate appointment management.

Ideal candidates have excellent time management, strong communication skills, and a friendly, high-energy demeanor.

• Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.

Throughout their exchange with customers, the Appointment Coordinator will answer questions and assist them wherever possible to ensure the delivery of World-class service and satisfaction.
