Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service Advisor/Writing experience
- Working knowledge of automotive products, repairs, and parts
- Strong communication skills to translate customer needs into technician orders
- Strong writing and typing skills
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Advise and greet customers; listen to service needs and prepare repair orders
- Estimate additional costs and obtain customer permission for work
- Report to the Service Manager and coordinate with other departments
- Communicate with customers and internal teams in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to company processes and profitability targets
