Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience with ability to be productive immediately.
• Strong understanding of dealership processes and full write-up-to-delivery workflow.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced service drive.
• Confident presenting maintenance and repair recommendations to clients.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering high CSI.
• Highly organized with ability to manage WIP and follow-ups effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience.
• Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and accurately document concerns and service needs.
• Create detailed repair orders with clear, transparent cost and time estimates.
• Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and parts departments to prioritize work and ensure timely completion.
• Provide consistent updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and any changes to scope or cost.
• Deliver vehicles upon completion, reviewing work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong product and warranty knowledge to confidently guide customers through service recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
