Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a service advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in the employment state with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inspect vehicles and reference service history to verify needs.
• Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding requirements.
• Provide cost and time estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Monitor service progress and obtain approvals for changes in estimates or timing.
• Administer warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm appointments and conduct post-repair follow-up.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery and communicate results to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal auto repair and consumer protection regulations.
• Demonstrate company values in all interactions.
