Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to consult customers on warranty products and repair services, aligning with manufacturer schedules and company policy. You will build rapport, generate accurate estimates, and coordinate timing with technicians to enhance CSI and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Advise on care and value of maintaining vehicles.
• Generate and provide complete repair estimates.
• Communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls.
• Schedule and manage service appointments.
• Follow up to secure return visits and CSI improvements.
• Follow warranty guidelines.
• Maintain integrity and CSI goals.
• Protect customer, company and manufacturer information.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Provide strong customer service, phone and computer skills.
• Previous service advisor experience preferred.
