Job summary

DARCARS of Englewood is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to present, consult on, and sell automotive warranty products and repair services. You will build rapport with customers while aligning with manufacturer maintenance schedules and company policy.

Qualifications

• Must greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Advise customers on care and maintenance per manufacturers’ specs.
• Generate and provide complete repair estimates.
• Establish and communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls.
• Maintain and schedule service appointments.
• Follow warranty guidelines and procedures.
• Conduct business with integrity to meet CSI goals.
• Comply with laws and company policy regarding information security.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Strong customer service, phone, and computer skills.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.
