Job summary

DARCARS Jacksonville is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to consult with customers, present and sell warranty products and repair services while adhering to manufacturer schedules and company policy.

You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate repair timelines with technicians, while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Advise on maintenance care and manufacturer specifications.
• Generate and provide complete repair estimates.
• Communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls.
• Maintain and schedule service appointments.
• Follow warranty guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure CSI targets are met with high integrity.
• Protect customer, company and manufacturer information.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
