Job summary

Jenkins Kia of Ocala is seeking a Service Lane Attendant to ensure customer satisfaction by greeting clients and helping them with their vehicle service drop-off. The ideal candidate has an unrestricted driver’s license and is capable of driving various types of vehicles, both automatic and manual.

This position involves managing daily tasks, including assisting Service Consultants and maintaining a smooth flow for customers at the dealership. Comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Trustworthy demeanor is essential for customer interactions.
• Ability to safely drive both automatic and standard vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for servicing.
• Install disposable covers and floor mats in vehicles.
• Shuttle customers to and/or from their desired locations.
