Job summary

VIP is seeking a Tech-Advisor to support service delivery at our MA location. The role combines counter service with light shop duties, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding VIP standards.

The Tech-Advisor will train across Service Writer and Installation Technician duties, maintain safety, and participate in ongoing VIP programs to improve customer engagement and vehicle care.
