Job summary

You will oversee service advisors, handle customer inquiries, and manage required documentation while ensuring quality service and timely repairs.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as a service writer/advisor, a deep understanding of automotive technology, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• At least two years of experience as automotive service writer or service advisor; management experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of automotive technology and repair services required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and book appointments.
• Complete customer check-in process.
• Provide exceptional customer service daily.
• Review digital inspections and send to customers.
• Prepare and build work orders based on findings.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Communicate with technicians on services needed.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment for the customer experience.
