Meineke is hiring an experienced Service Advisor in Charlottesville, VA to run the front counter and deliver a great customer experience from start to finish.

You will greet customers, create repair orders, and translate digital vehicle inspections into clear, honest estimates. You will recommend needed services and maintenance, and keep customers informed as repairs progress. Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service advisor or shop experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
