The role requires strong communication, customer service experience in the automotive industry, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Automotive knowledge and familiarity with service management software are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.
• Proficient with computer systems and service management software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends if needed.
