Qualifications

• Deep understanding of automotive technology and repair services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of automotive service professionals to maintain morale, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Answer phones, book appointments, and convert callers to customers.
• Use AutoVitals to communicate inspection findings and customer needs.
• Present estimates using POS and ensure timely repairs.
• Mentor staff on sales and customer service best practices.
• Oversee day-to-day technician operations and workflow.
• Manage service department paperwork, invoices, repair orders, and parts accuracy.
