Job summary

Plaza Tire Service in Murray, KY seeks a Service Advisor to sell and promote all products and services while guiding customers through repairs and invoices. You will manage shop workflow and serve as on-duty manager when the store manager is absent.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, are at least 18, and have prior experience as a service advisor or in sales/customer service within automotive settings. Valid driver's license is required, with Saturday shifts expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field is preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Listen to concerns and inspect vehicle with reference to service history.
• Recommend services and document recommendations in customer file.
• Provide accurate quotes and updates on service status.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories and ensure customer satisfaction.
