Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking a Service Advisor in Kentucky to greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and promote services. This role combines customer care with sales and requires documenting quotes and managing the service workflow.

You will provide accurate estimates, update customers throughout the service day, and help ensure satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and 18+ years old are required, with prior advisor or automotive service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Assess service needs by documenting concerns and reviewing history.
• Recommend services and document all quotes and notes.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories.
• Provide accurate quotes with costs and completion times.
• Process payments and explain warranties.
• Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for each customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
