Job summary

Plaza Tire Service in Kentucky is seeking a Service Advisor to drive sales of services, parts and accessories while delivering a superior customer experience. You will help manage shop workflow and act as the on‑duty manager when the store manager is away.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, prior Service Advisor experience, and a valid driver’s license. You must be able to work five days a week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Document customer concerns; inspect vehicle history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and document recommendations in the customer file.
• Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and time for approved services.
• Explain warranties and review completed work during checkout.
• Conduct post‑repair follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
