Plaza Tire Service is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, document concerns, and identify service needs. You will communicate recommendations from technicians, promote services and parts, and provide accurate quotes with status updates throughout the day.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, 18+, prior Service Advisor experience, and a valid driver’s license. The role requires a five‑day work week, including Saturdays, in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturday’s.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time.
• Ensure proper checkout, review warranties and explain updates to customers.
• Follow up on repairs and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
