Plaza Tire Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Paducah, KY. You will be the primary contact for customers, helping them understand vehicle needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring a smooth, professional service experience from start to finish.

This role emphasizes customer interaction, sales, problem-solving, and teamwork, with an opportunity to earn commission and enjoy strong pay potential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone.
• Listen to concerns and document them; inspect vehicle history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate any additional recommendations from technicians.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide customers with accurate quotes including cost and completion time; give updates throughout the day.
• Follow proper cash-out procedures and explain warranties to customers.
• Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
