Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, scheduling appointments, and communicating with technicians to ensure timely vehicle repair and clear cost estimates.

You will build relationships with customers, provide updates on service status, and maintain strong product knowledge to assist with warranty and service needs in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Desire to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
