As a CSA, you will greet customers, review service needs, explain options, perform basic maintenance tasks, and help guide the customer through the visit while supporting sales and safety procedures.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid top-offs, wipers).
• Review completed services with customers and encourage return visits.
• Assist the team and perform other duties as assigned.
